The house, and who we are

Halcyon Estates is a private brokerage and design house for rare properties. Since 1998 we have placed fewer than four hundred homes — each one chosen the way this valley chooses its weather: slowly, and without apology.

Stillwater House is our fourteenth commission on this shore: five pavilions of local stone, blackened cedar and low-iron glass, held above the waterline on a single concrete spine.
